Mr Palta can provide these services as a one-off for newly established restaurants, or as long-term services for existing venues looking to re-build sales after COVID19 impacts.

This service gives clients clear guidance on setting up and managing their commercial kitchens and serving operations. Mr Palta can advise on the design and layout so there is a logical flow between the kitchen and customer areas and bar serving areas. He will support clients and manage the purchasing process for them if required and oversee the placement and installation services. Mr Palta can advise on running costs and work with business owners to set budgets, targets and incentivise staff.

Menu Consultancy

This service is aimed at the wet side of catering businesses with Mr Palta helping owners choose and develop their drinks range. He can advise on coffee, alcohol and soft drinks for all venues types, customer demographics and budgets.

Mr Palta is selling his services to commercial clients in London where he can attend each clients premise to train staff and advise on operations. He can offer remote services through Zoom for new businesses and for companies across the UK that want advice and guidance on their operations, menus and visual waiting training.
